This is a short testimonial on how I got to know Natasha as a travel agent and how it has been working with her on bookings especially for my DD-G and other colleagues of mine. Firstly, there was this incident that happened where I had utilised another travel agency for my principal and when she arrived at the airport, they had not confirmed her flight, and I had to personally call the hotel I had made a booking for her, only to find that the travel agent had said that she would make payment upon arrival, what a joke!!. I called the SCM office to assist me because the DD-G was already fuming and I was hooked up with Natasha, ever so calm. In an hours time, all was in order and my boss was able to travel. Since then, all my bookings have been taken care of by Natasha because I know, she will not give me the run around. If there is a challenge, she is able to tell me and advise on the best solution. I can call her anytime and even if I have an emergency, she will do it without any complaints. Should she not be around, she will politely refer me to another agent. I have never met her in person but whenever I talk to her, its as if I have known her for ages because of the humility and professionalism she portrays. It is indeed an honor working with her.
